    Remove the two satellite dishes from my home. We don't have your service. After speaking with several rude customer service reps and an even ruder manager, I will never try your service.   • Poor Internet and Customer Service

    As a new Dish customer since April 2012, I was thrilled to be receiving wireless internet and television services. Little did I know my excitement would be short lived, and my services nothing but headaches. I was extremely dissatisfied with my Dish services that I chose to cancel my internet services. A smaller of my issues is I was quoted my out the door total bundle price as being $87.99 monthly, instead my full bill is $97.78.   • Bait & switch tactics

    I used the web ti sign up for TV package. After reviewing Dish networks offerings vs. Direct TV I decided to go with Dish networks due to lower price. While Direct TV provided very clear monthly cost Dish network did not. So I picked the package I wanted, selected FREE DVR and FREE receiver, with that I gave my credit card info and become a customer of Dish networks.
